The ATS First Responder Bag is a larger aid bag that is still lighter than many due to its 500D Cordura construction. It can be carried as a sling bag over the shoulder or worn around the waist with the 2" wide quick-release strap (closes with a 2" side-release buckle).
The face of the bag has a holster for trauma shears and a 4" x 14" zippered pocket below that. Each side of the waist belt has a triangular zippered pocket as well as an expandable mesh pocket (towards the back). The bottom of the bag has 6 columns by 3 rows of PALS webbing for adding MOLLE pouches as well as compression straps to secure a pole-less litter.
The inside of the bag has a large pocket against the back along with a trio of smaller pockets for organizing your kit (two flat 6" pockets with a 2" pocket between them). There are eight elastic loops for securing dressings and bandages. The bottom of the main pocket has two snap down elastic loops for securing tape and another 10" x 4" pocket on the opposite side. Six more elastic loops are mounted to this wide pocket.
A pair of ¾" tabs allow securing the bag in a helicopter, truck, or vehicle.
