ATS SOF Bleeder Pouch Rip Away

The ATS Bleeder Pouch was built for rapid access in life-threatening situations—specifically designed to fit the height profile of the ATS War Belt system and carry critical medical supplies for treating gunshot wounds.

Its two-piece design includes a MOLLE-mounted panel that stays fixed to your gear, and a removable pouch that detaches instantly when needed. This setup makes it easier for others to render aid without moving the injured person—especially vital in combat or field conditions.

The pouch detaches with a side-release buckle and a tear-away loop, both engineered for quick use under pressure. Unlike traditional red handles, the pull tab is color-matched to maintain a low visual profile and is secured with Velcro when not in use.

Inside, the pouch features intelligently arranged elastic loops—two vertical loops on the inner panel and a combination of vertical and horizontal loops on the outer panel—for organizing trauma essentials. A heavy-duty #8 YKK zipper with 550 cord pulls ensures secure closure.
