The Dayton Armor RF2 Lightweight Level III+ ICW Rifle Plate is Tier 1 Special Operations technology for first responders. It pairs with RF2 Level III+ Side Plates.
This rifle plate is thin and extremely lightweight armor piercing protection, including 5.56x45mm M855 GREEN TIP.
This plate is an In-Conjunction With design that requires soft armor behind it to meet its rated performance. This can be achieved by wearing it with your soft armor vest or pairing it with a soft armor plate backer in your plate carrier.

Made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene and ceramic material using an advanced compression process followed by a hydro-cutting treatment. These operations combined create hard armor with dramatically enhanced performance compared to competing polyethylene armor plates.
