The ATS Combat Leader Admin Pouch is designed to be the same size as the "Rite in the Rain" tactical field book (980 and 980T). This excellent field notebook is a great resource for combat leaders, so it needed an equally impressive admin pouch to carry it.
Inside the pouch, you will find 1" elastic with dividers that is ideal for carrying pens, pencils, chemlights, cell-phone, etc. A cord tie-down loop on either side of the pouch secures sensitive or high value items. There is also a flat zippered pocket on the front of the pouch that is perfect for a passport, ID, or other credentials that can be accessed without opening the Velcro main lid.
