Refund policy
HASSLE FREE RETURNS
We are here to make it easy! You may return most new, unopened items with tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). That is, if we made a mistake, you can expect us to provide you with a paid shipping label to get the item back to us so we can exchange it.
You should expect to receive your refund within only a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time between you and us from the shipper (sometimes as long as 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually just a day or two), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (some banks take 5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us or start an online chat (we're online Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
IMMEDIATE REFUNDS
We're not here to take money for gear you don't have. Any items that have not yet shipped to you are eligible for immediate cancelation and refund.
If you require a refund for an order that has not yet chipped, simply contact us or start an online chat (we're online Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST). We'll cancel your order with no questions asked.
