Ordering

When do you charge my card?

This website charges your credit card at the time you place your order—this includes items that are on backorder. The process is automatic.

Some customers prefer to have their card charged only when the order is ready to ship. If you’d like that option, just give us a call at (800) 596-4081 and we’ll be happy to take your order over the phone. For phone orders, we can wait to charge your card until the item is ready to ship.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to talk to you too! Call (800) 596-4081 to speak with a human - anytime between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled at any time. Backorders or any items that have not yet shipped are eligible for immediate cancellation and refund. We may ask why just for feedback, but we’ll never make it difficult — canceling your order is quick and hassle-free. We hope it’s so easy that you’ll feel confident ordering from us again and again!

What is a backorder?

Backorder means an item is available for you to purchase even though it’s not currently in our inventory. Some websites won’t let you order items that are out of stock, but we believe the only thing worse than a backorder is not being able to place an order for a hard-to-find item you’re willing to wait for.

That’s why we embrace backorders — our system is fantastic at managing them for you. Backordered items ship to you automatically and immediately as soon as they’re back in stock. Order with confidence!

Shipping

What is flat rate shipping?

Whatever and however many items you decide to order, all orders to the 48 states (Continental USA) ship for the same flat rate of $9.99. Shipping method will be chosen based on the best way possible at the time of the order.

What countries do you ship to?

We can (and often DO!) ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We will not ship to these countries: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Sudan, and Venezuela.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the item is shown as in-stock, it is reserved for you and will be shipped immediately - usually within 24 hours. Sometimes its possible to ship the order the same day its been placed.

We ship from Indiana - the number of days until your order arrives depends on the distance from our warehouse. You will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow along as your package makes it way to you!

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

As long as we can resell your item as new, we’re happy to accept a return. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in the same condition they arrived—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

If you need to make a return, just contact us or start an online chat. We’re available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item in our warehouse. While the timing of the credit can depend on your bank or card issuer—sometimes taking 5 to 10 days — we will never delay processing your refund on our end.
