The HRT Side Pull Medical Pouch Zip-On Half Back panel was designed with the purpose of versatility. The Side Pull Medical Pouch Zip-On half back panel can be configured with another HRT half back panel to meet your operational needs. This back panel features a sleeve with an insert that can be pulled out from either side of the body. The insert features 2 removable mesh pouches that can hold contents of an iFAK. Great for buddy or self-aid in high threat situations.
This is the ultimate solution for swapping loadouts with one core Body Armor and numerous rear Zip-On panels to suit any mission. Secured attachment with YKK zippers and button loops, Zip-On panels provide several options for carrying extra gear, ammunition, and equipment for your operational needs. Compatible with RAC and LBAC Body Armors
