Description
The FirstSpear Strandhögg V2 SAPI Body Armor is easily tailored for comfort, ventilation, and fit. It can be worn with or without an optional soft armor plate backer (depending on your ballistic requirements, threat conditions, and the type of hard armor plate you have).
The Strandhögg uses the Overlap Cummerbund that provides additional overlapping soft armor at the front side of the Body Armor where the Tubes closure system meets. The additional soft armor tucks in behind the Tubes allowing full opening and closing of the vest (soft armor inserts for the cummerbund are optional and sold seperately).

Maximizing the lightweight 6/12 technology and rapid closure systems provided by the Tubes, the Strandhögg Body Armor can be rapidly donned or doffed. On the exterior of the front panel, rear panel, and cummerbund; a field of 6/12 allows for easy pocket attachment.
