The Velocity Systems MOLLE Panel Swift‐Clip Placard is a smaller, lighter alternative to a full chest rig. It clips into the buckles on the chest of your armor vest; or it can be worn as a stand alone chest rig using the Placard Chest Rig Adapter.
The Swift-Clip Placard is a quick attach/detach option allowing the user to quickly change loadout without removing the rest of their equipment.
The placard has six (6) columns and three (3) rows of PALS Webbing. Attach any MOLLE pouch and change whenever your mission requires.

All hook and loop material used is color matching Velcro Brand Fasteners. Buckles are ITW-Nexus IR and all materials and workmanship are 100% made in the USA.
