Description
The ATS Split Front Chest Harness is constructed of 500 Denier Cordura for durability and light weight. It has four (4) magazine pouches with each pouch holding a single rifle magazine (either 30-round AR15 magazine or 20-round SR25, depending on which style of harness you choose). The magazines are secured by a bungee retention system with nylon pull tabs.
Each side of the harness has a built in 9" x 7" map pocket. Each magazine pocket has PALS webbing on its face for attaching MOLLE pockets, with two more columns of PALS webbing on each side.
The chest harness is closed by a pair of 1" Fastex side release buckles on the front. To reduce weight, the waist belt has been designed to release only from the left side but with a webbing retainer to secure the running end of the strap.
