The ATS Medical Pouch Small is a purpose-built, rapid-access trauma kit designed to go beyond the limitations of standard IFAK pouches. When every second counts, accessing medical supplies shouldnt require rolling a casualty over or dumping gear into the dirt. That why this pouch features a removable designâ detach it instantly from its MOLLE-compatible backing and bring the lifesaving contents exactly where theyre needed.
Built around a clamshell-style zipper opening, the interior features elastic webbing to keep contents securely organized and an internal slot pocket for smaller items. It holds everything included in a standard-issue IFAKâ with room to spare.
A red pull handle clearly marks the pouch as medical gear and can be tucked away between the pouch and its mount when not in use. A drainage grommet and tie-down loop round out the functional details.
The ATS Medical Pouch Small mounts to any MOLLE-compatible platform using ATS patent-pending L-Strap system. It measures approximately 7 H x 4.5 W x 5 D (expanded) and weighs about 9 oz empty. Constructed from rugged 500D Cordura nylon, it built to perform under pressure.
