Description
The Esstac DST Gen 2 Medical Pouch can be worn as a duty belt pouch (belts up to 2-1/4″) or on MOLLE webbing with either MALICE Clips, WTFix Straps, or Blade-Tech MOLLE-Lok.
The pouch comes in two pieces - the platform that attaches to your belt or PALS webbing and the tear away clamshell pouch that closes with a zipper.
The outside of the pouch holds a C-A-T Tourniquet, just under the flap for quick access. Dressings as large as 6″ Israeli bandages fit inside.

This pouch is made with a non-locking zipper so you can easily open it the just by ripping it open.
