Description
The Velocity Systems Operators Assault Vest is a modernized outer carrier for BALCS soft armor panels.
Tis vest features webbing for removable SwiftClip Buckles on the front to allow the user to mount various chest rigs or placards directly to the carrier. This configuration allows the individual to use the same loadout with or without armor or have multiple chest rigs configured for different mission requirements.
For even more comfort, the design has the hard armor plates contained in separate pockets that are attached to the outside of the carrier allowing the soft armor to mold to the wearers body independently.
The soft armor inserts intended for this carrier are standard BALCS cut panels.
The cummerbund is adjustable to allow for climatic changes and also for girth adjustments when wearing side armor plates.
All hook and loop material used is color matching Velcro Brand Fasteners. All materials and workmanship are 100% made in the USA.
