The Magnet Compatibility Insert goes in a plate pocket to be used in conjunction with magnetic placards. It enables users to instantly go from a completely low-profile posture under civilian clothing to fighting equipped.
With the Magnet Compatibility Insert in your plate pocket you can just grab one of the magnetic placards and slap it to your front.
The magnets are strong enough to effectively hold equipment (such as three fully loaded 5.56 magazines).
The insert is often used in conjunction with the Chameleon Shirt or with the ULV2 Carrier. It is strong enough to hold placards through layers of clothing.
